IMPORTANT - Recipient DDU Information
Some countries impose import duties on books. All customs, duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient once the parcel has arrived in the destination country.
Parcels will be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made.
Any payments not received may result in parcel being returned, delayed or in some cases destroyed.
Delivery
We send all books by Evri Tracked. The tracking number will be emailed to you.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your book for any reason, it can be returned within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the book, less postage.
